First and foremost, J Designs is a specialty pool building company based in southern California, committed to delivering a superior product for your home. 

J Designs has successfully been in business for 14 years, however, our team has been building pools for over 20 years. In that time, we have built 1,400 pools in California, and our numbers continue to grow rapidly to this day. 

Not only are we builders, but we are also expert designers, able to create any type of pool that our clients can think of. J Designs has a very hands-on design stage which you can read more about in this blog. 

We are a company that strives for perfection with every single project that we take under our wing. We provide straightforward information to our clients without any gimmicks or ad plugs.

J Designs puts our customers’ needs first so that they have a pool that they can be proud of in the end.

At J Designs, proper communication is one of our most important values when it comes to customer interaction. 

Too many times we have seen other pool projects fail because the client and contractor did not have an effective line of communication. Because of that, deadlines were missed, materials were delayed and money was essentially wasted.

Since 2016, we have used an app called Buildertrend, which has become our most effective tool of communication. Through the app, you can speak directly with our team members through chat or email. You can also see daily updates regarding your project, where you are even able to ask questions if needed. 

Through our Intake Form, which we have clients fill out as soon as they book an appointment, we can get a sense of what kind of pool the client wants to build. This helps us better understand the scope of your project. 

We also have multiple on-site visits during every stage of the process where we can speak with you face to face about what we can do for your pool building. 

We have a “nurture” approach when it comes to clients, where we carefully break down and explain details about your project to give groundwork for expectations. That you know the real parameters, costs, etc. of your project. 

3. Educating Our Customer
