Three-Year Limited Warranty Overview

• Steel Reinforcement

  Guarantees the prevention of rust migration through concrete to interior pool finish, provided proper maintenance of pool finish and chemicals. Exceptions: Salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage.

• Tile

  Coverage includes all porcelain or glass tile. Exceptions: Grout-related issues, color fading, calcium deposit accumulation, salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage, pool cleaners, and separation between deck and tile due to deck movement.

• Pool Finish

  Warrants against leaks, peeling, and delamination for plaster and 3M Quartz. Exceptions: Issues related to checking, discoloration, staining, color or texture uniformity, color fading, calcium deposit accumulation, improper maintenance or chemical use, damage by pool cleaners, or damage by pool objects (furniture, toys, brushes, metal hair clips, etc.).

• Plumbing System

  Covers leaks and breaks in PVC pipe, manual control valves, skimmers, main drain covers, and eyeball fittings. Exceptions: Skimmer weirs, lids and baskets, all rubber gaskets and o-rings, city and domestic water and gas plumbing, and salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage.

• Electrical System

  Includes all components such as wiring, breakers, connectors, power sub panel, pool controller wired remotes, and pool light canisters. Exceptions: Light bulbs, batteries, damaged remote controls, all rubber gaskets and o-rings, and salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage.

• Pool Equipment

  Covers motors, pumps, filters, heaters, valve actuators, automatic water levelers, and debris canisters. Exceptions: Pump seals, all gaskets and o-rings, pump baskets, pressure gauges, flow meters, D.E. filter grids, cartridge filter elements, filter media, heater cabinet, burner trays, heat exchanger, deck lids, water leveler vacuum breaker, float and valve, and salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage.

• Pool Cleaners

  Covers the main body. Exceptions: All gaskets and o-rings, wear parts (hoses, belts, tires, bags, wear-rings, sweep tail scrubbers, bearings, bushings), and salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage.

• In-Floor Pool Cleaners

  Coverage extends to the Paramount water valve and cleaning heads. Exceptions: All gaskets and o-rings, wear parts, and salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage.

• Chemical Automation

  Warrants salt chlorinators, feeders, controllers. Exceptions: Salt chlorinator flow cell plates, ORP or pH probes, and wear items.

• Coping, Decking, and Walls

  Exceptions: Cracking, checking, staining, flaking, spalling, erosion, wear, discoloration, color fading, calcium deposit accumulation, blotches, concrete sealers, non-slip surfaces, textures, pop-out of seeded aggregates, soil-induced lifting or settling, and salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage. Repairs are not guaranteed to match existing colors or textures.

• Natural or Artificial Stone Workmanship

  Exceptions: Cracking, flaking, color fading, calcium deposit accumulation, blotches, sealers, variation of color, textures, pop-out of seeded aggregates, soil-induced lifting or settling, and salt chlorinators or saltwater-induced damage. Repairs are not guaranteed to match existing colors or textures
