A Roman-Inspired Pool Restoration with Modern Comfort
This Hollywood-inspired renovation transformed a 40-year-old pool into a true Roman-style masterpiece that complements the home’s elegant restoration. The client wanted to reshape the pool, remove the old attached spa, and create a shallow, family-friendly space with plenty of benches and ledges for sunbathing and play. The pool’s interior was entirely restructured, eliminating the original 10-foot depth and reshaping both ends with precise radius adjustments to ensure symmetry and allow for flawless tile installation.
Elegant Tilework and Historical Preservation
The entire pool was wrapped in luxurious tile, reflecting the elegance of Hollywood’s golden era. Due to the property's historical significance, restoring the outdoor fireplace required careful planning, ensuring compliance while preserving its original charm.
Exclusive “Gem Spa” and Modern Amenities
To enhance the backyard experience, a stand-alone “Gem Spa” was built 10 feet from the pool, offering a private, all-tile retreat that accommodates multiple guests. The reimagined backyard also includes new planter walls, a pergola, an outdoor kitchen, and a restored upper yard with a guest room and vegetable garden, blending modern amenities with timeless style.
