ROLE:


We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Professional to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to establish strong client relationships, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our premium products and services.


DUTIES:


As a Sales Professional, your main tasks will include generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals. You will cultivate and maintain strong connections with potential and existing customers, gaining insights into their unique requirements and providing solutions that surpass their expectations. Keeping up with industry trends, you will offer informed recommendations and leverage our educational resources to streamline the sales process for clients.

Additionally, you will actively network within the community to enhance our brand presence, collaborate closely with our Content team to develop impactful marketing materials, and provide post-sales support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Proficiency in our digital tools, such as HubSpot CRM and Google Calendar, is necessary, or a willingness to undergo training to become proficient. Upholding company policies and ethical guidelines, you will maintain the professionalism and integrity that our customers have come to expect from J Designs.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidates will have a proven sales track record, a customer-focused approach, and a deep understanding of pool and spa construction. You should feel comfortable networking, collaborating with different teams, and be committed to fostering customer loyalty through exceptional post-sales support. Strong organizational skills are essential as you will manage your sales pipeline, maintain accurate documentation, and provide regular activity updates. Proficiency in, or a willingness to learn, digital tools like HubSpot CRM and Google Calendar for increased efficiency is also required.

COMPENSATION:

Our compensation structure is commission-based, but it doesn't end there. You will also receive paid training, mileage reimbursement, and all the necessary equipment to excel in your role. At J Designs, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication, providing a generous commission structure and unlimited earning potential.
