Construction Journey

  • 1 - Permitting: Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for construction.

    • Dig Alert: Notify utility companies to mark all underground lines before excavation.

    • Pre-site Assessment: Conduct a site assessment to analyze feasibility, utility locations, and access points.

    • Material Selection: Choose pool finishes, tile, coping, and other materials to match the desired design.

    • Materials and Equipment Procurement: Order and schedule delivery of selected materials and equipment for construction.

  • 2 - Excavation: Excavate the pool area according to design specifications.

  • 3 - Steel Framework Installation: Assemble and install the steel framework for structural support.

  • 4 - Rough Plumbing and Electrical: Install pool plumbing, electrical wiring, and conduit.

    • Equipment Installation: Install pool equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting.

  • 5 - Shotcrete/Concrete Application: Spray or pour concrete to form the pool shell.

  • 6 - Coping Installation: Install coping to create a finished edge around the pool.
