• 2 - Excavation: Excavate the pool area according to design specifications.

• 3 - Steel Framework Installation: Assemble and install the steel framework for structural support.

• 4 - Rough Plumbing and Electrical: Install pool plumbing, electrical wiring, and conduit.

  • Equipment Installation: Install pool equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting.

• 5 - Shotcrete/Concrete Application: Spray or pour concrete to form the pool shell.

• 6 - Coping Installation: Install coping to create a finished edge around the pool.

• 7 - Tile Installation: Apply decorative tiles to enhance the pool's aesthetic appeal.

•  8 - Hardscape: Construct surrounding hardscape features like retaining walls and steps.

  • Deck Preparation: Grade and compact the ground to prepare for deck installation.

  • Deck Installation: Install pool decking material according to the selected design.

  • Other Masonry: Complete additional work, such as outdoor kitchens or fireplaces.

  • Fence and Alarms Installation: Install any required perimeter fences and door alarm systems according to city regulations.

• 9 - Walkthrough Before Plaster: Review the project with the client to address concerns.

• 10 - Pool Plaster Installation: Apply the final plaster finish to the pool interior.

• 11 - Fill the Pool with Water: Fill the pool and begin the chemical balancing process.

• 12 - Start-up and Customer Training: Demonstrate pool operation and provide maintenance guidance. 

• 13 - Electric Cover Installation*  Install the electric pool cover.
